We are reconvening our SAPC Annual General Meeting (AGM) on this new date. We did not have quorum at the originally-scheduled March 13 date.
In accordance with the club's bylaws, this second convening of the AGM will proceed without minimum attendance requirements.

This meeting is being held to:
A copy of the Notice of Meeting, which contains the agenda for the meeting, is posted on the Meetings webpage under the Club Mgmt menu on our website. Other essential meeting materials are (or will soon be) also posted there.
Members in good standing are able to attend and vote.
This AGM will be held online using Zoom.
Registrations for this event will close at 6:50 pm on March 24 to enable attendance planning and reporting.
The confidential link to connect to the AGM video conference meeting will be sent to you in a reminder email two days before the meeting. If you don't get that email, check your junk / spam folder for an email with a subject line that starts "KEEP THIS EMAIL..."
If you haven't used Zoom on your computer before, see the Guide for Online Participation on the Meetings page. Follow the guide's instructions for pre-installing Zoom, the video-conferencing software. Contact technology@pickleballstalbert.ca, well in advance of the meeting, if you need help with Zoom.
Note that the 7 pm Alberta time start means a 6 pm start for those in BC, California AND Arizona.
