Red Willow Reserved Play
You may only register for ONE session between Friday at 12:01 am through Saturday at 12:00 (noon). After noon Saturday, you are free to register for any remaining open sessions.
This session will require 2 stickers to play and will have a total of 12 players (11 reserved spots + 1 captain).

This 3-hour session may be booked by 1 adult member for a group. Your group may include other members, family or friends, so long as you have all non-members sign a waiver at the beginning of the session. Please also provide a safety lesson to any friends or family who have not played before.
As the registrant, you will also captain this session. Have all attendees sign the registration form, and pay 10 stickers onto that form.
Please limit your group to 20.
There is a maximum of ONE such Joseph Demko session for any one member, for April UNLESS a particular session is still open (unreserved) 5 days before.
A reservation may be cancelled up to three days before.

There is a maximum of ONE such Lois Hole session for any one member, for the rest of the winter season UNLESS a particular session is still open (unreserved) 5 days before.
Registration for this session will open at NOON on Saturday, April 6th; two weeks before the session starts.
This is a mentoring session to help with your skill set. You are to register at your current level. This session is for individuals that are at the 3.0 level.
There will be 12 spots available for this session. If the session is full, please register on the waitlist. Those at the top of waitlist may be registered automatically if there are cancellations.
The only cost is one sticker upon arrival.

Alpine courts 1-4 and 7-12 are reserved, commencing at 5:30 pm, for those who have registered for the play that week, starting at 6 pm, for the 3.0 DUPR Play Shootouts.
This 5:30 to 6:00 pm time allows play warmup and check-in.

Check-in time is 5:30 to 5:45 PM. Check in at our Alpine storage room outside the courts. To keep on schedule and avoid delays for all, no late check-ins will be allowed.
Play starts by 6:00 PM.
Before registering for this event, you must (i) have a DUPR profile (account) and (ii) you must join SAPC on DUPR. See the SAPC DUPR Play FAQ for more info.
If this session is full, please add your name to the automated wait list. If on the waitlist, watch your email for a subsequent reservation confirmation. You could be promoted off the waitlist as late as 3 hours before play time.
If you cannot attend after registering, please cancel your own registration using the "How do I cancel a reservation?" process specified at Reserved Play.* (click the link* to go to that webpage).This process can be used for cancellations up to 2:30 pm game day.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration before 2:30 and who do not check in on time, on two occasions, will be denied the privilege of registering in this weekly play event for the remainder of the season. (It is unfortunate that we have to do this, but "no shows" have been a regular occurrence in the past. This results in other members missing an opportunity to play. Please be on time or cancel on time.)

Pre-game warm up courts are available for registrants as posted in the calendar.
